Yarn and Embellish Magazines arrive in newsagents the first week of March, June, September and December. Your subscription copy will arrive a week before that, and craft stores will receive their copies a few days after yours.

Felt Magazine arrives in newsagents the first week of June and December. Your subscription copy will arrive a week before that, and craft stores will receive their copies a few days after yours.

Due to the time it takes to print your address sheet and plastic wrap your magazine, if you have changed your address since receiving your last copy, we need your new address details by 16 February (for March issue), 16 May (for June issue), 16 August (for September issue) and 16 November (for December issue).

Customer Service Policy: ArtWear Publications is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are available and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes for back issues are between two – three weeks, as they must come out of secure storage, be correctly addressed and posted via Australia Post. Subscriptions will begin with the next issue to come out, unless you request otherwise. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund Policy: Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased online.
