Customer Service Policy
ArtWear Publications is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure all products listed on our website are available and pricing is true and correct.
Standard delivery timeframes for back issues, and other orders requiring posting, are between two – three weeks, as they must come out of secure storage, be individually addressed and posted via Australia Post. Generally, we post out back issues and other orders once per week, on a Friday.
Subscriptions will begin with the next issue to come out, unless you request otherwise via email (here).
In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, backorder or full refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Our magazines are scheduled to arrive in Australian newsagents in the first full week of March, June, September and December for Textile Fibre Forum, Embellish and Yarn magazines, and the first full week of June and December for Felt and Vintage Made magazines. At rare times, circumstances beyond our control may mean that they appear later or perhaps earlier than scheduled. International newsagencies and book shops will be at a later date, depending on shipping times, customs, and our distributor.
We endeavour that your subscription magazines will arrive to you earlier than they appear in the newsagencies by posting them out to you, via Australia Post, a minimum of 10 days before they are scheduled to appear in the newsagencies. Please note that we are reliant on the time Australia Post takes to get the magazines to you, and that sometimes one of your magazine titles will arrive prior to another (despite being posted at the same time). Internationals please allow a good 5 weeks for your magazines to get to you – we do send them air mail, but again, we are at the mercy of the postal services.
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased online.
If for some reason one of the issues from your subscription does not arrive, a missing issue claim is required to be made within 6 months of the publication of that issue.
